Leadership Advancement
LNJ brings together individuals who are already leaders in their companies, organizations, communities, and professional fields. However, in our fast-paced, ever-changing world, even experienced leaders need to continue honing their skills and expanding their horizons. In addition to the issues-based education, LNJ Fellows experience a variety of modules to advance their leadership skills, primarily focused on understanding oneself, personality type, preferred behaviors, and communication style to better interact with others and fulfill LNJ’s mission of making New Jersey a better place to live and work. LNJ staff conduct all of the modules, and are certified practitioners for both MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®) and LIFO (Life OrientationsTM) and experienced college-level educators and professional facilitators.
